Lochett Return Policy

At Lochett, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Lochett product, our return policy allows you to return items under the following conditions:

  3. Receipt: Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the return authorization number. Ensure that all components, accessories, and documentation are included.

Shipping Returns

  1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lochett is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds and Processing

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
